Chocolate Maker History
The KAIRI Chocolate Company began in 2017 when Deosaran Jagroo and Cherie-Anne Ramlakhan, a husband-and-wife team, started making chocolate with cocoa from the family estate. Our passion and commitment to the estate and the importance of continuity is evident by the survival of many of the original 100-year-old cacao trees still producing 100% Fine Flavor Trinitario cocoa that is used exclusively to craft KAIRI ‘Blossom to Bar’ Chocolate.
